Grammar Mistake

There is 2 grammar mistakes with this sentence. What are they? :-?

They help to pinpoint and correct behavioral difficulties and, therefore, they shape driver have a safe relationship with driving at all times.

The sentence is in two parts. Part 1, ie up to and including "therefore, they", is normal and correct English. The rest is meaningless and it's therefore difficult to specify two grammar mistakes.

It's as if the sentence were written by two different people.
