is a company plural or singular?

Hi guys,

I am having some trouble with a sentence that describes a company's product.

"Humboldt Seeds have combined their best Sour Diesel with Emerald O.G and Blackberry Kush"

my question is; Is Humboldt Seeds (company name) singular or plural? Shouldn't it be "Humboldt Seeds has combined its best Sour Diesel with Emerald O.G and Blackberry Kush"?

It's one company and in this case we are not talking about the group of people who work at the company, right?

Either is possible. Both are possible.
In British English, companies are often treated as plural.
In American English, companies are often treated as singular.

In your case, by the way, we may well be talking about a group of people, ie the board of directors who made the decision.
