Dear teacher,
I just saw the following from Mr Donald Trump's twitter:
Meetings between staffs and representatives are going well and quickly....but in the end, that doesn’t matter.
Is adding an "s" to staff grammatically correct? I thought "staff" was a singular noun with no plural form.

Trump has a staff of multiple people.
Kim has a staff of multiple people.
Those are two separate staffs.
So Trump was not wrong.
