what do you think about the following sentence?:Objective memory is one of the cognitive areas most affected in patients with HIV and one of the best predictors of problems in the patients' daily functioning.Wouldnt it be better to say one of the most affected cognitive areas??

I have no problem with "areas most affected".
I question the use of "the patients'".
