Repeating helping verb

Kindly help me Sir,

This action will create jobs and increase the revenue of the company

OR

This action will create jobs and will increase the revenue of the company

Which one is correct form??

Both are "grammatically correct" but #1 is more idiomatic (normal). Use #1.
