"It's all on you" vs. "It's up to you"

Hello everyone,

as you already certainly have noticed, this is my first post here. I greatly appreciate the possibility to learn English with others. :)

This said, let me get to the point: I wonder, if the two phrases "It's all on you" vs. "It's up to you" mean the same.
Are these just two distinct ways to express the same thing, or are they have different meanings?

For me both are the same ,but Iam just an English learner.

Although, "It's all on you" implies more responsibility than "It's up to you". The latter for me implies like you had choices and you chose that option,but Iam just an English learner.
