After filtering unreliable and incomplete questionnaires, in total, 196 questionnaires was analyzed in this study.

were* analyzed

Analyse is the preferred spelling in British English and Analyze is the preferred spelling in American English.

It should be passive voice and plural. So, the correct one is 'were analyzed', as jonathanrace said above.
