jargon?
hi guys, I need more explanation for the word jargon because others insist it is language.

Imagine if you were a person reading a newspaper. You will probably understand quite a bit but... then you find an article about neurosurgery, they talk about different parts of the brain and very medical specific terms that a lot of natives just wouldn't understand unless they were studying medicine.
This is jargon.
The same can be for any specializes area:-
Computer programming
Linguistics
Biochemistry
etc
