Please, help us answer this question.
Rewrite the following sentence using the words in brackets to give the same meaning:
There is a sheep eating in the field. (There are ... )

Trick question? Hard to see how it could be the same meaning since "There is" is singular and "There are" is plural. But the obvious answer is:
There are (some) sheep eating in the field.

Maybe keep it singular like this:
There are reports of a sheep eating in the field.

Who know? Strange question... :roll:
