Is it correct to say.
I am not worried because they did warn me?
od should it be like thies
I am not worried because they have warn me.

Nothing wrong here. The emphatic "did" just emphasizes the act of warning.

However, the "normal" way would be:
I am not worried because they warned me. :ok:

So it's up to you to choose, depending on the exact situation.
