Hello,

is it possible to say
" You didn`t believe all (or all what ?? ) you have read in the papers, did you?"

I´m not sure, if I can say the sentence only with "all"...

The normal expression is:

You don't believe everything that you read in the papers, do you?
You don't believe everything you read in the papers, do you?

With "all" it would be:

You don't believe all that you read in the papers, do you?
You don't believe all you read in the papers, do you?

If you want to use the past...

You didn't believe all that you read [past simple] in the papers, did you?
You didn't believe all you read [past simple] in the papers, did you?

Note that everything is more idiomatic than all.
