Hi!
Can I say:
I have the honour to be the chair for this week's discussion. Anna has the not minor honour to be the presenter.
Thanks in advance!

Re: not minor honour (grammar)
Hello,
The use of the phrase: " not minor honour" is not correct or idiomatic (natural sounding).
Instead, you can say: Anna has the honour of being the presenter.
Being a presenter is still an honour and probably wouldn't be considered to be a minor role by most people.
Actually, you have two sentences talking about the roles of people in a discussion, so I think it would be better to combine them with the coordinating conjunction AND. This will make your sentences sound smoother and flow better.
e.g I have the honour to be the chair for this week's discussion, and Anna has the honour of being the presenter.
Of course you could write this using other constructions. This is just one example.
I hope that helps.
