What are the differences between these sentences? Is there any difference in meaning?

1. I don't want any more posts to be submitted.
2. I don't want any more posts being submitted.

You gave this topic the title: "Please help"
You did the same with a completely different topic too.

Your topic title has been changed to: posts to be submitted OR posts being submitted

Please don't submit any more topics with unhelpful titles like Please help.
