I saw this sentence in a book but I can't understand Can you help me?
"Make sure the help has just as much at stake than you do."

'The help' is a phrase that means an employee, usually someone who helps in your home, for example a cleaner. 'At stake' means 'at risk'. So the sentence means 'Make sure your employee needs to succeed as much as you do'.
Note that 'than' here is incorrect grammar. It should be 'as': "Make sure the help has just as much at stake as you do."
