An interview 2

Post by pdh0224 »

Dear teacher,

"The uncertainty is just killing us," he said. "It's like checking on a turkey in the oven 24 hours a day. Don't get me wrong, we're all doing our job for the country. We're just tired as hell."

Q : What does "Don't get me wrong" mean?

Q2 : What does "We're just tired as hell" refer to?

All the best, :)

It means, don't misunderstand my meaning, my words (i.e. It sounds like I am complaining, but I am not. I'm trying to say that we want to do our job but we might not be able to because we are physically and mentally tired.)

:D
