Which expression is correct?
I, who am clever, can not clear the exam. or
I, who is clever, .....
It is I, who am disabled or it is I, who is disabled.
Is it you, who are going there? or
Is it you, who is going there?
You, who is shrewd, are wasting your time now, or
You, who are shrewd, are wasting your time now.
Does the verb after the relative pronoun agree with the subject of the sentence only and not with who, the third person.
