A report on and budge for repairing office.

A report on and budge for repair office.

A report and budget for repairing office

A report and budget for repair office

None of them are corrrect

Assuming you meant budget instead of budge in the first two

Then the second
is nearly correct.

Can you correct it yourself?

Hint: you need a definite article.
