Hello, teacher!

Are these all natural?

1. I am regularly going for a walk in the evening.
2. I am going regularly for a walk in the evening.
3. I am going for a walk regularly in the evening.

Thank you very much.

Only #2 is unacceptable.

'I regularly go for a walk in the evening' would probably be more natural than any of them, although - contrary to popular belief! - it is perfectly possible, as here, to use the present progressive for habitual events when the habit is conceived of as likely to be only temporary.
