correct the sentences

sir,
He said me that his stomach was runmling.
or
He said to me that his stomach was rumbling.
or
He told me that his stomach was rumbling.
or
He said that his stomach was runmling.

Whic one is correct?

She spend her days to cook for her family.

Is this sentence correct.

#1 is impossible (even if we corrrect the typo for 'rumbling').
#2 is unnatural.
#3 & #4 are fine, but only 3 specifies to whom he addressed the statement.

'She spent her days COOKING...' would be correct.
