could you enumerate the types of numbers? I know cardinal ('four'), ordinal ('fourh'), fractions ('one quarter'), numbers like 'quadruple', ending in -fold (fourfold), are there any others?

I think you've got the lot there!
At any rate, no others spring readily to mind.
