Dear Alan,
could You tell me some rules about making reported speech with things like 'Hello', 'Goodbye', 'Happy Birthday', 'Alas' or similar statements?

There's no problem at all: "He said 'hello'" etc.
Did you have some other kind of sentence in mind?

Words such as 'hello' do not change in reported speech, so I'm having difficulty understanding your question.
Could you be more specific?

Dear Alan,
do You mean that exclaimations like 'hello' 'good-bye' or anything does not change in reported speech?
