There are 5 types of phrases: NP, VP, AP, AdvP, PP

Dear Alan,

is the phrasal determiner a kind of phrase too? (if yes, then we've got 6 types of phrases, do we?)

Not really: these are the five standard phrase-types. A phrasal determiner is, first and foremost, a kind of determiner rather than a kind of phrase.
