simple grammar

Greetings!

How would you answer the following question?

Q : Did you have breakfast today?

A : Yes, I did.
OR
A : Yes, I have.

And is the following statement grammatically correct?

" I'm preparing for my lunch tomorrow."

Or, should I say :

" I'm preparing for my lunch for tomorrow. "

1. Yes, I DID.
2. Better than either: I'm preparing my lunch for tomorrow.
