The position of adverb (Follow-up question)

1) The email should already have arrived.
2) The email should have already arrived.

What's the difference between them? And which one is more grammatically correct?
As for formality, could YOU please give me YOUR appreciable opinions.

Dear ALAN! I have put a similar question, but it was an adverb of manner --- > succesfully.
The adverb in sentence is related to an adverb of time, therefore I am asking a question.

#1 is normal. 'Already' is inserted directly after the finite element of a verb phrase.
