Many years ago ….Tower Bridge of London was….fortress.

a) -/the
b) the/the
c) a/-
d) the/-
e) the/a

In grammar books, “Tower Bridge” is given without “the”. In this case, does the “of – phrase” have an impact on choosing between zero article definite article?

Many thanks...

It is difficult to answer this as the statement is factually inaccurate.

Many years ago Tower Bridge was a feat of engineering. :ok:
