"to turn off" or "turn off"?

Post by thieudatvo » Sat Jun 23, 2012 12:01 pm

Should we use "to turn off" or "turn off" in the following sentence?
The most obvious one is ............ household appliances when they are not in use.
Thanks a lot.

'To' is required here.
