Dear Teacher:
Suppose that I am interviewing an unhappy home owner. Which of the following sentence(s) is/are acceptable?
1. If you knew what you know now, would you buy the house?
1. If you had known what you know now, would you buy the house?
2. If you had known what you know now, would you have bought the house?
If all sentences are incorrect, please give me correct sentences. Thank you very much. Respectfully

All acceptable except absurd

!If you had known what you know now, would you buy the house?

since (exclusively) past knowledge would not reasonably be expected to affect any current/near-future decision.
