Hello everyone

I was wondering, when do you use different from and different than.
For ex: she is very different from everyone else (does that sound okay?)
And are there any exceptions here?

My native language is dutch so that might explain why I am not 100% sure.

Thanks!

'To' is popularly used in BrE, 'than' in AmE. 'From' is formally correct in both.
