Verb + verb form

Post by Rustamsher »

Which sentence(s) is/are grammatically correct?

(1) He conceded stealing the money.
(2) He conceded to steal the money.

The sentences above are self-made/random, I would just like to know if the verb concede take the gerund or the infinitive form of the verb.

Thanks.

Neither is standard.

--> He conceded that he had stolen the money.
