Textual changes

Post by Assafius »

Hi all,

Suppose I wish to write someone that changes were carried out on a written paragraph.

What would be an appropriate way to express myself in passive tense ?
(by the way, should one say "the appropriate way to express myself" or "the appropriate way of expressing myself" ?)

Options that I find OK but which may seem grammatically twisted to others:
"Some changes were implemented into the paragraph."
"Some changes were carried through the paragraph."
"Some changes were put into the paragraph."

Many thanks.
