the word yet in sentence

in the following sentence, i can not understand the underlined part and the role of "yet".could you say more examples used "yet" in the same way.thanks in advance


1-Examples include yet are not restricted to beef hamburgers,patato chips,and cola drinks.

'Yet', as used here, is a concessive adverb, identical in meaning (and similar in function) to 'but'.
