Hi, I need some help please from native English speakers.
I have this expression which is actually a stamp:
"Follows the notary certification"
The stamp with this text is placed at the end of an official document and it is meant to point out that the notary certification can be found lower, on the same page.
I know that the order subj + verb can be reversed in case of expletives like "there is/there are" and they are followed by the subject.
Is it the same with "follows"? Is this a correct structure? Because to me, as a non-native speaker, it sounds weird.
Thank you.

Re: Follows + Subject
This is not normal usage but is presumably an officially accepted abbreviation of 'THERE follows....'.
