The police haven't found the murder yet.
1) -> the murder hasn't been found ( by the police) yet.
2)->the murder hasn't been found yet ( by the police).
the sentence 1 or 2 is correct. Please help me.

I think you mean 'murderer' rather than 'murder', but either word order is possible.
