articles can't come before verb, but when this verb changed to " infinitive" present participle = (verb+ing), in this case we can put articles before this infinitive e.g." I like his doing the work." here we put the pronoun before the work " doing", which was verb and changed to infinitive, this infinitive works as a noun. another example: (i asked them to come to school. the coming to school was so early), here we put the article" the" before the infinitive "coming"....

You seem to be under some misapprehensions about the meanings of grammatical terms. An -ing form is never termed an infinitive.
