More than one apostrophe S for possession.

Hi, is this sentence correct?

I am going out with my friend's uncle's daughter.

Can two apostrophes be used like this? If they can, what is it called. I can't find anything on the Internet.

Yes, you can. Theoretically, at least, there is no limit to the number of possessives that may be strung together in this way.
