Hello,

1. All students were accepted.

Without any context it does not mean any sense.
Does it mean "all students everywhere in the world"?

2. All the students were accepted.

Here again we need some context, but it may be acceptable.

#1 is not at all acceptable.

I am right?

#1 could simply be an abbreviated form of #2, and so in context would make sense.
