particile

Post by hanuman_2000 »

Hello,

Some participles (ing-form or ed-form of verbs) which are adjectives and defined in any dictionary.
These are pure adjectives and derived from the verb ( also know as deverbal adjectives).
I would like know whether all other ing-forms/ed-forms of verbs which are not defined as an adjective in dictiinaries can function as an adjective.

No, only certain participles (normally indicated in any good dictionary) can be considered adjectives.
