Could you tell me which of the sentences below is unnatural?

1. To speak English difficult for him.

2. For him to speak English is difficult.

3. Speaking English is difficult for him.

4. It is difficult for him to speak English.

5. It is difficult speaking English for him.

Only #3 & 4 are fully acceptable.
