i want to say that a teacher needs to invest time and emotions in his/her job.
and i want to say it like that:

to be so much emotionally (and timely?) invested

maybe there is a better word synonym to time here, but i want to keep this way of saying and not change the whole structure of the sentence. how can i say that?
thank you

There is no adverbial form of the noun 'time'.

There is, however, an adjective 'timely', as in 'timely intervention'.
