Hello,

I have a doubt in using the preposition of OR the form of adjective in more cases like these following examples:

1. The embassy of Italy OR Italy embassy.
2. The capital of Iran OR Iran capital.
3. The carpet of room OR carpet room.
4. The roof of building OR roof building.
5. The tire of car OR car tire and many examples like these examples.

What rule should we use for these cases, please?

1. The Italian Embassy
2. The capital of Iran OR the Iranian capital
3. The carpet in(side) the room
4. The roof of the building
5. The car's tire(s)/tyre(s) OR the tire(s)/tyre(s) of the car
