though vs. despite

Post by vpkannan » Sun Dec 31, 2017 12:29 pm

Dear Alan

1. Though not having enough amount, we decided to buy a land.
2. Despite not having enough amount, we decided to buy a land.

Are both of them correct?

With regards

Regarding the use of 'though/despite', only the second.
(Regarding the rest, you need 'money', not 'amount'.)
