with with to open the door

Post by azz »

Can one write

a. He gave me the key, to open the door.

b. He gave me the key, to open the door with.

c. He gave me the key, with which to open the door.

?

I'd say that without the comma all three are grammatical. But which could work with the comma? Let us say that the last part has been added as an afterthought.

Many thanks.
