indicative mood or subjunctive mood

hi, I am having a problem distinguishing if these verbs provide examples of a normal use of the indicative mood or subjunctive mood
We were hoping you could come and have lunch with us.
Be that as it may, our expenditure is bound to increase.
We suggest that this applicant apply next year.
By the time we stopped, we had driven six hundred miles.
If I were feeling over-tired, I wouldn’t go on.

i think the last one is subjunctive but I'm not quite sure

2&3: present subjunctive
5: past subjunctive
