Is this sentence right? Mrs.Jamieson—Sylvia—home from her vocation in Greece

Why is there no change on ‘home’
Shouldn’t it be a verb and use as ‘homes’ or ‘is homing’?

It is not a verb but an adverb (= IS home...)!
