Which sentence is clearer and a better choice:

Please provide a bid if you are interested and let the project manager know if you have any questions about the budget.

or

If you are interested please provide a bid and let the project manager know if you have any questions about the budget.

Either word order, but you 'make a bid' (not 'provide').
