two [will's] in one sentence

Post by ansonman »

I have made up the sentence below.

(1) Next year, the government will spend one million dollars on school supplies that will last until 2025.

My friends are not native English speakers. They all think the sentence is incorrect with two will's. Do you think it sounds awkward? Thank you very much.
