Through or onto

Post by Meepok »

Good day,

I would like to find out if through or onto would be a better word for this sentence.
Otherwise, you could also craft out a similar sentence so as to bring the same meaning across.

She placed the bangles through the toilet roll.
She placed the bangles onto the toilet roll.

Thank you! :D
