for the negative questions of “who”, we use;
“ who doesn’t want to be happy? “

what if i would like to separate as “does not” in formal style

“ who does not want? “ is it correct?
or should i write as “ who does want not? “

which one is correct?

is a theoretically possible, but highly unnatural, word order.

Use: Who does not want...?
