I always get confused by this and I heard different opinions what I ask - leading to even further confusion.
If I write a title for anything, I always thought it can be abbreviated and doesn't need full syntax. This is a random example for case in point.
Euros - Fulfilment of a Dream
Euros - The Fulfilment of a Dream
Is it an absolute must to use the second with the 'the' if this is a title? Can the first version also be used as this is a title, its not a full sentence?
To add 'The' or not to add?

As a title or headline, acceptable without the article.
