Correct construction

Post by tamguatlay »

"on" or "upon" request is the most common one I've heard used. "on demand" is sometimes used but is not as polite as request.

1. Can "on" in lowercase start a sentence?
2. The second sentence starts with "on" (lowercase). Is it correct?

Thanks!
